Lee's Glass & Window Works

Lee's Glass is one of the most trustworthy companies I have ever had do work for me. I had a very large window in my home lose its seal, and it was difficult to see out of. We bought the house two years ago. I called 3 different companies for quotes. One to replace the glass was over $2,000. One to replace the entire window for around $2,800. Honestly, those prices are not bad. When Lee's came out, they informed us that they had replaced that particular window in our home 14 years prior and that it was still covered under warranty! We would have no way of knowing that had happened, and I am still shocked that they honored that warranty. We would have never known. I have sent their information to a few friends already. I will definitely be using them and recommending them anytime a window is even mentioned. The honesty and politeness were incredible. The team that did the install was also fantastic, and we are so pleased with the work. Thank you again!

We had a great experience upgrading to impact windows with Lee's. Communication was excellent, they were very professional, and they clearly stand behind their work. They answered all our questions quickly and installation was painless. We will definitely call them first for any future needs.

Let me start by saying that I have over 11 years of experience in both commercial and residential property management. I have encountered the good, the bad, the ugly, and everything in between when it comes to jobs and construction. Therefore, if anyone is reading this review, know that it is backed by knowledge and research. Secondly, I am not the easiest customer to please because my expectations are quite high. I rarely take the time to write reviews, mainly because my expectations are often not fully met. However, Lee's Glass took on that challenge and succeeded with an A+. I took my time gathering quotes and received estimates from Window World Pensacola, Renewal by Andersen, EcoView, and Lee's Glass. Lee's Glass offered a competitive price and was direct without lengthy sales pitches (I want to pay for windows, not an "experience"). They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Honestly, I was dreading the window project for a few reasons: it's a significant investment, we were already tired of sales pitches, and we knew it would take time. However, from start to finish, Lee's Glass kept me informed. Fortunately, the whole process was completed in less than two mo

We could not be happier with our new windows. The process was great from the time they came out. We weren't sure of what we wanted but Austin gave us several choices and they were great. Blake and the install team made sure everything was installed perfectly. There needs to be more stars for rating Lee's Glass. Definitely highly recommend them. Thanks again for everything.

We have been in our house for 23 years. The windows were at least 20 years old when we moved in. It was time to replace them. Mike came out and gave us an estimate on replacing our eighteen windows. He was very knowledgeable of the products his company had to offer and he listened to our wants and needs. The manufacturing time took about ten weeks. Our windows arrived and they were installed just before Christmas. The crew completed the job in just under two days. They were efficient, polite and cleaned up behind themselves. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend Lee's Windows for any projects in your home.
